A 60min Functional Medicine Consultation to target your biggest health concerns. This could be hormone imbalances, digestive issues, brain fog, low energy, poor sleep, skin irritation, autoimmune conditions, thyroid issues, menopause concerns, pain, headaches, and so much more. Based on this consultation lab work may be ordered based on your health concerns. You will be given recommendations to start your wellness journey. This in itself is enough to start to see changes in your health and start to feel like yourself again.
You will receive access to Dr. Leyder’s online program called Foundations of Health as a bonus for doing a functional medicine consultation or you can purchase as a stand alone course. This is a 4 week program which rolls out in one 10-15min each week. The information discussed helps you implement change and gives you a foundation to really start the healing process.
Lab work is really based on each patient's unique health concerns and the goals of each patient. Most lab work comes in around the $200-$300 range but again this depends on what you would like to see as the patient. If we run a DUTCH test to further explore hormonal imbalances this is a separate fee between $399 and $499 depending on the lab values accessed. This can be as much or little as you want to do and how much having a lab value means to you individually.
Your 60min lab review consultation will not only review the progress that you have made since your initial consultation but also give a detailed review of the lab results. Specific recommendations will be given to fill nutritional gaps, supplement where your body needs it most, and add in lifestyle improvements to reach your goals. As a West Michigan native and Mona Shores grad, activity has always been an integral part of my life.
